MEET LAUREN OWEN OF CENTROPY BUSINESS COACHING
You want to own your life and increase your options for the future. These might include continuing to own and run your company, transferring it to your children or key employees, or selling to a third party. The way to do that is to get focused on where you want to take your business and put performance solutions and systems in place to get you there. My role is to provide you with proven tools to grow your own capabilities and company.
I’m a business coach, which means I’m all about helping you find your own inner compass, guiding you along the way and providing proven, simple systems to get you where you want to go quickly and efficiently. I offer coaching to leaders, accountability coaching to their teams, and customized presentations on a variety of leadership topics.
As a result of Lauren’s wisdom and coaching I am a better leader and free to engage in the long-term planning and oversight that inspires focus on the state of the company and where we need to make changes. My employees are more productive and confident and the referrals from clients have increased our business dramatically.
I have spent my career helping leaders in a variety of industries and business models succeed.
I’ve worked at several large for profits and have my MBA, so I’ve done a lot of coaching in the past but Lauren’s methods and insights were by far the best and most impactful. With her insights and coaching I was able to make significant personal improvements which translated to positive business results. She is personable, organized, focused and fun to work with. I highly recommend Lauren.
Lauren takes the time to understand the underlying drivers of the client’s needs and designs her workshops to deliver the same compassionate skepticism she uses in her coaching; helping all who work with her to get real, get focused, and get beyond their bottlenecks and challenges.
Barb Nuss, CPA
After moving to Seattle to obtain my MBA in Organization Design, I went to work with the Seattle-King County Economic Development Council as an advocate for small business owners. I was a principal at a local consulting firm, based in Seattle, that conducted industry benchmark studies and financial management education for business owners, franchise systems, and financial advisers around North American and Australia. While there, I developed an acclaimed DVD based-financial education program and formed several industry roundtable groups.
An East Coast transplant, I ended up making my home in Seattle, where I now live on Queen Anne with my husband, Simon Siegl, who is a wine industry professional. We enjoy travel, the outdoors, the Puget Sound area and exploring around the world. Between Simon and myself we have three grown sons and two grandchildren.
