My Background
After moving to Seattle to obtain my MBA in Organization Design, I went to work with the Seattle-King County Economic Development Council as an advocate for small business owners. I was a principal at a local consulting firm, based in Seattle, that conducted industry benchmark studies and financial management education for business owners, franchise systems, and financial advisers around North American and Australia. While there, I developed an acclaimed DVD based-financial education program and formed several industry roundtable groups.
An East Coast transplant, I ended up making my home in Seattle, where I now live on Queen Anne with my husband, Simon Siegl, who is a wine industry professional. We enjoy travel, the outdoors, the Puget Sound area and exploring around the world. Between Simon and myself we have three grown sons and two grandchildren.
